Hello Jan, I can’t agree with you any more. Virtual tours will definitely give you a wider client base. A lot of people who are out of state and looking for new possible homes can just simply watch the tour instead of flying out to the new area they want to move. Once they found some that they liked, they will easily come out and look at it in person.
