The Company presently has six offices serving the Southern Nevada marketplace. We focus on the real estate executive serving the residential buyer and seller for new and resale homes. As the market in Southern Nevada continues to grow, the Company plans to expand the number of offices servicing the Greater Las Vegas Valley.

Company Milestones

  • November 1979, Jack Woodcock, Mark Miscevic and Steve Schneider establish the Americana Group REALTORS® in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • 1983 - company joins the Better Homes & Garden franchise.
  • March 1999, Americana becomes a Prudential Real Estate Affiliate and Prudential’s largest affiliate, Prudential California Realty, joins forces with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS® .
  • March 1995, Mark Stark becomes Vice President and C.E.O.
  • Mark acquires 100% ownership of the company in 2004.
  • 2004 - company reaches 1000+ affiliated licensees.
  • In 2007, Prudential Americana closes 4,860 transactions for a total of $ 2,219,746,000 in sales volume.

Company Achievements

  • 2006 - Prudential Americana is honored as the 7th most productive company in the Prudential Network of over 600 Brokerages with more than 2100 offices in the US, Canada and Mexico.
  • 2006 - our Sahara & Green Valley Branch Offices receive the PREA (Prudential Real Estate Affiliates) top honor of Pinnacle Office for the 5th consecutive year. This award is presented to the Top 10 Residential Offices in the country based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units.
    • Sahara was # 6 for GCI and # 9 for Closed Units
    • Green Valley was # 8 for GCI and #6 for Closed Units
  • 2006 - Americana Charitable Foundation raises $177,992 for the Sunshine Kids Foundation - 7th largest contributor in the entire Prudential network.
  • 2007 - Sahara Branch receives the Pinnacle Office Award for GCI.
  • 2007 - Americana Charitable Foundation raises over $87,000 for the Sunshine Kids Foundation.
