Details: Janet joined Americana Group in 1983. She was born in San Diego, CA as a Navy “Brat” and attended 13 different schools in 12 years. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Education, she spent the next 6 years teaching first grade in Texas. Janet also worked as a social worker and employment counselor in the WIN Program in Alaska before moving to Las Vegas with her Air Force spouse. With the constantly changing real estate environment, Janet believes an informed agent is a productive agent. For that reason, the weekly sales meetings are informative with timely sales training. The office also has a weekly car tour. Janet has an excellent ‘Open Door’ Policy extended to all her agents and gladly provides one-on-one training to all her agents. Janet also is a member of GLVAR’s Grievance Committee and keeps her agents informed on ethics issues within the realtor community. Janet is also licensed with the Nevada Real Estate Commission to teach Post Licensing Training.
