MLXchange 3.0: Identity Sharing
Apr 23rd, 2007 by Forrest
MLXchange 3.0 introduces several new features that are excellent and worth getting excited about. For example, you can now “Save as PDF” from virtually any Print dialog. There are also quite a number of Agent Web Site enhancements. Below is a short list of some of the new features in MLXchange 3.0:
- Identity Sharing
- Client Action Plans
- CMA Enhancements
- Spellchecker
- Enhanced Mapping
- Outlook Synchronization
The one feature that I want to point out at this time is the “Identity Sharing” capability. You can now invite other memeber of your office, such as an assistant or a team member, to log in and work in MLXchange on your behalf.
This is important because the admin assistant accounts that you may have purchased do NOT have the rights to input or edit your listings. Your assistant or team member still needs to have their own account and SafeMLS key, but they will be able to use their key to emulate you or login as you once you have initiated “Identity Sharing” of your account. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please Click Here to view or download instructions in the pdf file provided. Please do NOT hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or problems using this feature. Also, please note that there will be several sessions during the upcoming Realtor Rally that will go through MLXchange 3.0 in much more detail.
