Fair Housing Check of MLS Listings Starts Friday
Beginning this Friday, May 11, 2007, MLXChange will verify the words and phrases included in your new listings. Based upon the wording, you will be warned that the word may not be safe and/or your listing may be refused until the word or phrase on the blocked list is removed. This implementation is to assist in the protection of both agent and broker.
Please review your current listings just to be on the safe side. And remember, should you have any questions about wording in existing or future listings, please do not hesitate to contact the GLVAR at 702-784-5000 and ask for Fair Housing Compliance.
